Refund policy

 

1. Time Frame for Returns: Customers will receive store credit for any items they wish to return. Customers will have 7 days to return items. 

2. Condition of Items: Comfy Collection requires that the items being returned are in their original condition. With no signs of wear or damage. All items must have tags attached in order to return. 

3. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or a suitable equivalent to ensure they are protected during transit.

4. Return Process: To start the return process contact the email @c0mfycollecti0nbrand@gmail.com. Customers will be provided instructions on how to do the return.

5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by the customers.

6. Refund Options: Store Credit will be available for the customer.

7. Sale Items: Items marked as "sale," cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items in the sales section of the website.

8. PERSONAL CARE: Skincare Products are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
